The classes are challenging, but fun. The 45 minutes flies by because what we are doing is so varied. At the gym I sometimes would dread my 45 min on the elliptical or bike, but at Fit Camp not only am I having fun, but I leave feeling that I really worked and pushed my body to be stronger. Under Chelsea's direction, I focus on the exercise at hand, on my form and how my muscles are responding. She is constantly adjusting our positions to maximize the exercise and to minimize any potential injury.

She makes exercise something beyond an item to check off the 'to-do' list for the day; you feel stronger and healthier and you want to make the other 23 hours of your day healthier as well.


After I had two babies in two years I really did not think that I'd have abs again. I figured that this was just part of motherhood! Well, to begin with I learned that I own something called a" core" that I have been ignoring all my life! Since I started paying attention to it, with Chelsea's help, I feel different, more in control of my body and it works better for me. I've also learned that you can work out for 15 hours a week and not get the results you want if you don't know what you are doing. I am now getting better results from two 30 minute workouts a week than I was on my own. I was very surprised at this.
