About Me
Chelsea has been in the fitness and athletic industry for more than 10 years. She currently holds a host of certifications which include National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)-Certified Personal Trainer), NASM-(Performance Enhancement Specialist), American College of Integrative Medicine (Rehab Exercise Specialist). She has written numerous articles for To Your Health Magazine as well as some Modeling for the Magazine. Chelsea has also written several articles for e-zine directories. She has recently published her first book entitled "Fitness Made Simple", where she breaks down the fundamentals of proper nutrition and exercise in a way that is motivating and inspiring.
Prior to personal training, Chelsea was an Assistant Women's Basketball coach at Cypress College where she helped train and prepare the eventual 2004 state champions. Chelsea began her passion for fitness as a college athlete at Long Beach State where she helped led the team to its first 20+ win season in 10 years. She loves fitness, but loves helping people improve their lives even more.
