After reading Fitness Made Simple I became very encouraged. Sometimes as a Fitness trainer I believe I have all the tools already but after reading Fitness Made Simple I have learned new ways to help my clients.
What I love about this book is that it covers all areas. I know that when my clients read it they can apply it to all areas of there workouts and health.
