Q: What is the purpose or mission of Lean Body Fit Camp?

A: The mission of Lean body Fit Camp is to put Long Beach as one of the top 20 fittest cities in America by 2013. Our Fit Camp focuses on helping busy women permanently lose unwanted body fat, quickly and safely, in less than 4 hours of exercise a week.

Q: What makes Lean Body Fit Camp stand out?

A: Our mission is to get 100,000 Long Beach residents fit & fabulous! We are doing this by making working out fun again! Remember playing dodge ball or tag as a kid? Great exercise and fun at the same time. Yeah, well that's what we do! Along with attention to detail and expertise in knowing how to get the best out of my clients which in turn gets them the results they desire.

A: You aren't ready to look better, feel better, and challenge yourself. We have fun but we work hard and get results. If you aren't ready to be in a supportive environment where people help one another do their best, and reach their goals.

Q: Where is Lean Body Fit Camp located?

A: We have two awesome venues to help you reach your goals:

  1. 3821 Long Beach Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90807 (Inside Power of One Studio)
  2. Pan American Park, 5157 Centraila Ave, Long Beach, CA (Gym)

Q: What type of workouts does Lean Body Fit Camp have?

A: Ultimate 3-in-1 fitness formula. We combine core(abs), cardio, and resistance training in a fun filled 45 minute workout. The workouts vary and are never boring getting you the toned, tightened body you want and deserve!

Q: What is the cost?

A: Per class sessions range from $10 per class to $20 depending on the program you choose. We have 6 and 12 month programs which are our most popular and get you the most results.We have found that the more of a commitment you make to making this a lifestyle and NOT a Quick fix you will lose the weight an keep it off. It's a lifestyle change:) Cash and major credit cards are accepted.

Q: Who Lean Body Fit Camp is NOT for?

A: People looking for a quick fix, not willing to the work, those just wanting a short cut. Unfriendly people who don't want group support. People who don't like to have fun and meet new people. If you aren't looking to be healthy and fit for a life time, then don't bother coming in.

Q: How do I get started?

A: We offer a free week try out for all first time clients so you can experience the Camp..So fill out the form at the home website.
